Brian prepares organizational documentation for planned residential developments, new condominium projects and condominium conversion projects in the State of California. He also prepares Attorney Opinion Letters for projects throughout the United States submitted to the Federal Housing Administration ("FHA"), the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs ("VA") and Fannie Mae. He is a graduate of UCLA (1970), Pepperdine University School of Law (1973) and is a member of the California State Bar.  Brian served as a staff attorney with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs ("VA"), Office of District Counsel, Los Angeles, CA: 1974-1990. He has been in private practice from 1990 to the present.
